A Swedish massage is a nice relaxing style of massage, consisting of light to medium pressure. It works to relax your body and mind. It has proven to increase blood circulation and releases toxins from the body. For those who are sensitive to pressure or just like to be pampered this would be the right type of massage for you.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage is typically a mix of deep pressure and a more intense focus on knots and area of tensions. Deep Tissue massage techniques are used to relieve both muscles and connective tissues below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injury below the surface.We recommend booking at least 75 minutes to 90 minutes session. This way we will have more time to focus on problem areas.
Thai Intergrated Massage

Thai massage is mostly about stretching promoting ranges of motion and flexibility. We have created and combine different techniques and strokes to make this a unique and a quality massage. For a thorough massage we recommend you to get 75 minutes to 90 minutes session.ou.

I graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2003 and been practicing therapeutic massage since then. I am also a member of American Massage Therapy Association. For 20+ years, I’ve worked with all kinds of issues. The most common are lower back, hips, neck and shoulder pain. It’s been a passion of mine to help people feel better. I believe in living life to the fullest and enjoying every moment of it without aches and pain. Nothing is more important than having a pain free body.
